Learning to ride from Dundalk

Most Dundalk riders we train are starting from scratch, and that's exactly how we like it. We start somewhere calm and build up to busier roads once you're settled. After IBT, the quieter roads out towards Blackrock and the Cooley peninsula are good for building your hours. There's no rush and no script, just steady progress at your own pace.

We also cover the towns and villages around Dundalk, from Blackrock and Knockbridge across to Castlebellingham and Ardee.

Where we train: Fairyhouse Racecourse, Ballybin, Ratoath, Co. Meath, A85 XK30. That's about 64 km from Dundalk by road, via the M1 and R152. See it on Google Maps. Pre-test sessions can also run near the test centre where you've booked your exam.
